Godot version: 4.2.0

Describe the bug
If you change the order of the entities and categories and reload the project you'll see the order isn't saved and come back as before saving it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a structure with previous Godot Engine version and Pandora 1.0.4-alpha
  2. Update Godot to 4.2.0 and Pandora to 1.0.5-alpha
  3. Edit some entities or categories adding properties
  4. Save. Change order of categories and some entities inside one or more categories. Save again.
  5. Reload Project and check order.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
