Height not working when changing between assist modes

How to reproduce:

1. Connect a Crazyflie with a Flow deck
2. Select Assist mode: Position hold
3. Take off and press the assist button
4. land
5. Switch to Assist mode: Height hold
6. Take off
7. press the assist button

Expected behavior:
A default height of 0.4 m.

Actual behavior:
A default height of 0.03 m. The height does not seem to be possible to change with the joystick, it is stuck at 0.03 m.
If the CF is disconnected/connected it works as expected
