Clicking "New identity" leads to “new login”. Instead, it should lead to “new identity”.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Visit a website form such as: www.impeachtrumpagain.org using Firefox on MacOS
2. Click on the contact information form such as the First Name field.
3. Click on the "Add identity".
4. You'll be taken to a popup for "Add login"

Expected Result

I would expect to be able to add an Identity popup when I click "Add identity".

Actual Result

A popup for "Add login" appears
