Retry while Solr instance is down

• Sink connector automatically gets failed if the solr instance is down and it needs manual restart.
• So better adding Retry attempt count and retry interval properties to the connector config.

Hey @msudhayaraj, Yes I will release it soon. A bit tight on the time to contribute to this project. I will try to add this by mid-March.
