Hardware: PCH-2006
Version of firmware: 3.60
Version of PKGj: 0.53

Got two zero byte files after downloading this one NPEG00024/LOCOROCOMCACKEY1
Both pkg2zip and PSNPKGDecryptor&Extractor works great.

Bug only present when you are not using "save_psp_as_pbp" feature. So, DLC unpacker must ignore this.
