0.57 can't refresh psp games #431

Hardware: PSV
Version of firmware: 3.60
Version of PKGj: 0.57

Steps to reproduce the issue

when I try to refresh the psp list it says "I have to update pkgj"
so can't see or download any psp game

if you have a dbtmp.tsv file in your pkgj folder delete it and refresh the pkgj database in the app..
