Phase 1 of the Soroban launch imposes a strict 31 day bump limit on ledger data.

Based on feedback, this is likely to change to at least 3 months. If it does, this issue should track increasing the bump amounts for the following ledger data:

  1. Positions
  2. backstop approvals for pools to emit BLND
  3. backstop balances
  4. backstop q4w
