Markets/Dashboard verbage #58

Dashboard is a problematic word to use in the UI as it doesn't give "action" it's unclear what its for and doesn't fit with being a subset of the Markets page

two potential solutions are

  1. switch Dashboard -> Lend/Borrow
  2. Switch Dashboard -> Market and rename Markets tab to something that encompasses multiple Markets
