Sent bitcoin to wrong address

Hello, I accidentally sent bitcoin to the wrong address. Below is a screenshot of the transaction along with the addresses. Is there a way for me to contact the recipient or recover my money?

I beilieve once you’re in Coinbase wallet you have to hit receive bitcoin and paste this:
