dogecoin in block explorer is out of sync. all the recent blocks are missing #562

all the recent blocks are missing, as a result there are missing transactions and invalid balances for some accounts.

i.e. the current latest block in the chain is 5442324 as you can see on https://dogechain.info/block/5442324
however, this block is not available on blockcypher: https://live.blockcypher.com/doge/block/5442324/
