I'm opening this issue to investigate a possibility to have an array of CBORs of all transactions of one block exposed. Something like /blocks/latest/txs/cbor/, /blocks/:hashOrNumber/txs/cbor/. The question is, how heavy would this call be? What would be the payload size for the largest block would be and its performance?
