AC: Unselect Community Type

In the current Partners UI, if a reserved community type is selected, users cannot remove it/unselect it. When they try, the drop down appears to allow them to click on 'select one', but then once the listing saves, it reverts back to the previously selected community type. Users should be able to remove a selected community type.
