Gameplay runs too Fast on Yuzu #3

When using this on Yuzu the Gameplay is sped up significantly. I have a 60hz Monitor and an FPS Overlay shows its running at 60fps. I tried this on a Modded Switch with Skyline and Arcopolis and the gameplay speed isn’t sped up
