Filter usernames in feed builder

Is it possible to filter out users that use a certain pattern in their username? For example, I want to block all the fake “elonmusk*” accounts.

This would be nice, or better yet be able to add an entire moderation from the app to the feed builder. I would love to block spam from getting in my custom feed without needing to refer my feed's subscribers to a moderation list. Too many spam accounts on bluesky lately.
