Code folding in RAML editor is not intuitive and not consistent with YAML editors

Code folding for this RAML editor is difficult to work with and does not work like most other editors including YAML editors. This editor folds trailing blank lines into the folded content resulting in no separator between the folded content and the following line. If you add a new blank line, it is immediately 'swallowed up' by the folded lines and is not visible.

The YAML editor is more intuitive in that it stops folding when it reaches an empty (all whitespace) line. This allows one to edit that whitespace (add/remove blank lines) without them being hidden by folding into the content above.
