remove obsolete .gitignore (#154)

The file `tests-system/lobster-trlc/rbt-output-file/default-scenario/expected-output/.gitignore` has become obsolete. All exemptions for all files under `expected-output` are specified through `tests-system/.gitignore` since pull request #153.
