New class takes BMXSingleFreqObs and SingleFreqGeometry, edits parameters with dictionary input, and generates theory predictions
galaclean.py for satellite emission cleaning in bmx fine auto patches doppler_correct.py and vlsr.py for removing doppler effect (twisted data on frequency direction) from data.
