Gateway: Show Notification Badge with listing of all anchorage withdrawal and others messages.

Current Behavior

Currently notification is show with toaster which doesn't looks good and only able to see the latest 1 if user has multiple ongoing txs it's not visible to them.

Expected Behavior

We should have notification badge at the top right as per the design and should show the list of notification one by one

Steps to Reproduce

Perform withdrawal transaction via light bridge or anchorage bridging on mainnet or staging.

Suggested Fix

Follow the design and implement so we can provide better user experience to user.
