Add status for each Topic card

It is very hard to differentiate different type of Topic card, I think we need to add status (in color or text) to differentiate them.
Those statuses could be:

• Pending Confirmation
• Unread
• Read
• Betted
• Result Set
• Voted
• Withdrawn from add withdrawn tag to each topic that's already been withdrawn #566

Feel like Unread and Read should not be store at Frondend so that it would be a large data.

Ya we could add this server side. All the other statuses are fetched from the backend.
