As per meeting in #10 :

For the example, create a display column with letter prefixes and T, N, M all together
Separate AJCC stages into clin/path columns and fail over AJCC 7 clin then AJCC 6 clin then clin and equivalently for path
For starters can stratify by overall stage I, II, III, and IV... or just all others vs IV
Don't worry about capitalization of substages and whenever you do use them you can ignore the substages
