New testing repository for Windows 11-related changes!

I have created a new repository for an early testing version of this skin with the updated Windows 11 design, called Fluent-Refresh. Most of the new design changes will be added in this repository. If you want to use the new testing version on Windows 10 right now, make sure you have the Segoe UI Variable font collection installed.

Keep in mind that Open-Shell is not guaranteed to be compatible with Windows 11, so this is only recommended if you know what you're doing.

Development of this repository will remain the same, and there will likely still be updates in the future for bugs and general changes.

Fluent-Refresh is not a replacement for Fluent-Metro, it is just an alternate version with changes from Windows 11 in mind.
