Feature request: generate cumberbatch-like names #84

Please add method(-s) to generate first_name and last_name in 'Benedict Cumberbatch'-like style (https://www.reddit.com/r/InternetIsBeautiful/comments/1l9005/benedict_cumberbatch_name_generator/).
I.e., method casual.benedict should generate strings like Bubblecat, Bonapart, Battlefield, etc and method casual.cumberbatch - Cuttlewizzle, Quarterhack, Crumblebird, etc.
