Extension does not start

I have followed the steps outlined to use this extension but I can not get it to do anything. I must be missing something obvious but cannot determine what.

Fresh install of Firefox 83.0 (restarted PC after download and signed back into firefox account.
Installed Libby Download extension 0.5.0
Restarted PC
Logged into Library website and navigated to checked out book.
Verified that I could play the book in the browser
Opened Libby Download extension and pressed the Download
No response or status update
refreshed page and tried Libby Download extension again

Checked permission and for any blockers but nothing stood out. Double check for extension update and allowed automatic updates.
Still no response from the extension

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Firefox 83 is not supported. The minimum supported version is 102.
