👨‍🔧 버그 수정 사항

useSocket 반환값인 ref.current가 최초 평가 시점의 값으로 고정되어 있어 워크스페이스 이동 시 소켓이 제대로 동작하지 않습니다.

사용처에서 값의 변화를 추적할 수 있도록 수정합니다.
