  1. common/common.sty: add questionslide 

    Add a command to create a slide with a single question. This is meant to
facilitate interactivity in the training, by asking people for what they
already know before launching into an explanation.

  2. Linux kernel intro: add a few question slides 

    There are several pieces where we can expect the attendees to already be
partially aware, so it makes sense to discuss it rather than just giving
the answer.
