I can't understand why is using all this memory when idle

docker stats on my server, during a time when it is not doing a backup:

borgmatic-data-1 0.00% 786.3MiB / 62.19GiB 1.23%

so i logged in the docker container to see what top is saying and, there's nothing to use that memory

What can i do to improve the situation, how to release the memory?

I've tested with a empty fresh setup and it uses 6MB~ ram

I'd suggest you upgrade from the old msmtp image too and look at using Apprise from our :latest

switched the image to ghcr.io/borgmatic-collective/borgmatic:latest-msmtp and now docker stats reports only 1,5 mb usage. Let's see tomorrow night after the backup what happens :)

maybe it's something related to the database backup, either mongodump or mysqldump not freeing the memory when done
