SIM7000G DTR crash

Hi.

I am having trouble with the SIM7000G module. It works fine untill i try to put module to sleep with putting DTR to high. Once i do that it seems that module shuts down completely (LED stops blinking) and module is not responsive to commands. Even PWR_KEY stops working and i cant turn the module back up other than physically disconnecting the battery and connecting it again.

Using SIM7000E works just fine using the same exact PCB design end exact same code. Any idea why this is happening ?
