Dependency package 'phytools' not available.Dependency package 'distory' not available.Error: Dependency package(s) 'phytools','distory' not available.

I tried to solve this by installing the latest version of phytools (from GitHub) but I get the following error:

install.packages("~/phytools-master.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source”)

ERROR: dependencies ‘animation’, ‘expm’, ‘phangorn’ are not available for package ‘phytools’

  • removing ‘/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.3/Resources/library/phytools’
