@jerdra could we replace it with just the Google calendar in a frame? e.g.,

great idea! My only concern would be that the format of embedded google calendars doesn't let overlap happen so it looks like events occur sequentially when they don't

Then again, the current calendar is missing workshops 🙊 but we may be able to work it into displaying parallel events which I can try out (might take a day or two).
