Summary of changes

  • Update all workflow to use Xcode 16.2.0 (resource)
  • Bump up Package.swift and PopupBridge.podspec to use Swift 5.10
  • Update CHANGELOG, MIGRATION Guide and README

Some tests have been failing for a while now. Ticket created to address failing tests DTMOBILES-1396

LOL, as a side note, we should like release a v2 version with this changelog entry before we release v3.

Seems to run just fine on Xcode 16.2 for me.
