Add package.json to make this repo installable from npm

I tried to include this repo from npm via

$ npm install git+https://[email protected]:bramstein/hyphenation-patterns.git

which gives me

npm ERR! premature close

npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:

which is due to the repo having no package.json as described in:

• "premature close" error during npm install from git url coryetzkorn/state-svg-defs#1 (comment).

Official npm/npm issue:

Seems some of the forks happened exactly because of that, to add a package.json: fluid-project@d313a52
