What would be required to take this to the next level with a suitable LLM and prompt?

Is there a way to make such a tool easy to use on an arbitrary repo, that you don't have any permissions over?
Or via a fork of a repo which itself has issues?

E.g. I run across an interesting-looking project, and want to know more about the current state. I notice 100 issues of various kinds. I want a quick summary of what people are saying, to get a sense for how healthy it is, what the main problems are, how responsive the maintainers seem to be etc.
