Error in /tmp folder

Hi!
I am trying to run the following instructions:
https://bref.sh/docs/frameworks/symfony.html

so right before deploy I'm running this:

APP_ENV=prod composer install --prefer-dist --optimize-autoloader --no-dev
php bin/console cache:warmup --env=prod

After I've deployed my project, I get the following error:

Shouldn't the /tmp folder always be writable?

Yes /tmp is writable, I'm confused by the error. Additionally there is no stack trace, I'm not sure where this error happens 🤔
