Here are the results of the survey posted on my site so far (11 entries)
- Custom Staff Member Fields (33 pts)
- Single Staff Member Pages (27 pts)
- Multiple Staff Loop Templates (25 pts)
- Pre-defined Layout Options (25 pts)
- The ability to use a smaller version (100x100, 150x150, etc.) of the picture instead of the original size.
- search filtering
- I would really, really love to see a template for single staff members like the one for the loop.
- Ordering inside of groups
- Adding icon support to fields (even custom user/defined fields)
- Integration with the WordPress user base
- Import the staff list from wordpress users.
Most users who responded only have the plugin on one site.
- 5 users classified themselves as an "Implementer"
- 3 users classified themselves as a "Developer"
- 2 users classified themselves as a "Power User"
(based on support forum requests)
- External CSS file support
- Ability to specify image size (filter or shortcode attribute? or both?)
- Convert Staff names from a single input field into First, Middle, Last, Suffix
- This doesn't have to be an automatic thing that we make the plugin do. It could be that the plugin looks to see if any Staff Members have an "advanced" name and then provide the user with a button to click that would run a script to convert the names. Of course including all the disclaimers about how they need to go back and re-check the name data afterwards to ensure that it is correct.
