Describe the issue
The configuration file .checkov.yaml do not have a schema which will permit automatic syntax check.
Since this file is in YAML a json schema can be created.

Additional context
This is not a duplicate of #5241 but rather a subset since it's only for the creation of the schema. If the schema is not pushed into the schemastore, we can configure v8r in a way to verify against the good schema.
