The Data Trust Team updated the template for the Data Trust Agreement (which is reflected in the current version of the Canadian Data Trust Member Agreement).

This structure has some minor differences from what is currently captured in the readme within the /clauses folder.

The table below highlights the differences between the current list ("Outdated ReadMe") and the new needed list ("Current DTA Template"). The status column contains a 👍 when the row in the readme list requires no update. It contains a 👎when a different value is needed in the ReadMe for that row. Note: some of the 👎simply require reordering the list, some require the file name to be renamed, and others require the creation of entirely new .md files.

Looks really good all. Two questions @mttstvns :

  1. If parties aren't an exhibit (i.e. managed in the underlying trust graph rather in the static doc) how do trusts easily add new parties to the trust without having to re-sign?

  2. How are you thinking of versioning ethical principles for different contexts? right now they are all baked into an ethical principles clause. We could imagine instead having them as templates that are inserted based on use case like we are doing with the other exhibits.
