I'm willing to be talked out of this, but I would strongly recommend not having two separate sections for launching Jupyter Notebooks vs a Jupyter Lab session on Oscar. The procedure is the same, with only a very, very small difference (i.e., calling jupyter notebook vs jupyter lab).
We're also starting to get a big crowded in terms of our sections so it would be good to consider efficient organization. And in my view, this is somewhere for us coalesce the content.
What do others thing?

Jupyter Notebook is going away in favor of Jupyter Lab.
Also updates need to take into account Open on Demand.
Open on the demand currently supports notebook, not lab.
Need a new app for Jupyter Lab?
