Scrub docs to remove "old" VNC client info and examples

Could we please go through the docs and remove (or update) sections that refer to the old VNC client? This is one example, but I'm guessing there are others.

@mirestrepo The workflow image in the Paraview Remote Rendering document still has a VNC label. Do you have the original file to edit it?
