Shouldn't we recommend building images in Docker, not Singularity?

In the Building Images section we point users to some Singularity docs on how to build images.

I think we might want to point to some Docker examples instead. I've always thought it was much simpler to create a Docker container and then have Singularity do the conversion when we go to actually use it.
