ВЕСУМ наразі показує традиційне значення відтак лише як adv.
Якщо ми згідні визнати новітнє вживання, то треба додати &insert.

Деякі мовознавці вважають, що "відтак" має тільки одне значення "потім", вставним словом не буває й комами не відокремлюється. Однак корпусні дані засвідчують поширене вживання цього слова у значенні "отже" й комами відокремлюється.
ГРАК-9 подає майже 7 тис. прикладів із "Відтак,"
