Create an onboarding page

Background

We currently hope that users will read the documentation and tutorials in order to get onboard with the CBA, the problem is that it doesn't happen and some people are getting confused with the UI and what should be their next actions.

What to change

Create an onboarding page with the step by step guide so users can create their first project and launch the automation and show this page when user installs the extension.
