Improve config instructions

The current installation instructions simply say to update the config file, but after browsing the source, it would be a lot more useful to also make mention of the environment variable CONFIG_FILE, which would be much more useful for configuration in tools like circleci.com, as that means the package would just need to be installed and the phpunit-browserstack file could be included in version control outside of the vendor directory.
