Windows infinite loading

When I lanch the program (browsh_1.8.0_windows_amd64.exe), it begin to work perfectly, but it load infinite time on the moment when have this text displayed:

WTF? I didn't saw it before, probably I misretyped if I retyped the text, it was there is too time so I don't know.

I understand now. I mistyped, if you see, the filename was browsh_1.8.0_windows_amd64.exe, so yes I just mistyped.
