[Frontend Component] Graph Component

You don’t have to worry about generating the graph. There is an API that you will call that gives you back a string of HTML to populate this component. Right now create a component that defaults to be blank but can use a string to populate its inner HTML. You can look at index.js since there is some code already doing this.
