App idea: OTA playlist publisher

@brunochanrio, I don't know how feasible this is, but this could be interesting....

• Publish a local network available M3U playlist from the tuner channels created
• When a M3U8 file is accessed, the tuner would switch to the associated channel and populate the stream
• The M3U/M3U8 files could then be accessed by other IPTV players

The primary benefit would be the ability to use a an external streaming box without losing access to OTA/tuner channels, and all your local OTA and other streams can be in one IPTV app.
