Make curations only about taxonomy

There are two types of curations, admin-related and taxonomic. The admin ones are redundant with some Taxon fields and don't have a proper purpose, like the "no WoRMS". It's probably best for curations to be limited to the taxonomy. This will focus the purpose of having curations and make it easier to implement the queries.
