dumpDicts() provides a means to dump lists and dictionaries in
various useful formats. It is well integrated with htmlAnsii,
and will obey and/or use console and HTML color information
within the context of the dumps. dumpDicts() is generally a
one-call operation, although there are still things you can
do to prepare the key lists of dictionaries to make them
more interesting, such as color them prior to displaying the
keys using value order, with or without the values being
displayed.
