Hi,
as mentioned in the readme I dropped Paper/Folia support a while ago:

The paper module of telekinesis is as of Minecraft version 1.20.2 discontinued cause of the lack of ability to register the enchantment.

Nevertheless, I will keep this open as I want to reimplement it, when I have time to.
