Create Transaction & Instruction State Cards

Right now, transaction state components have no formatting.

We need to turn the mock transactions into actual "card" components,
one for the main transaction itself, and then smaller sub-cards for each
parsed instruction with proper CSS formatting.

Ideally it should be possible to render a list of these transaction cards,
and within them render a list of instruction cards.
