Nothing happened when trigger an exception

I have tried my telegram username/ID and group slug, but the bot still be silent. How to debug?

Hello.

1. You can try to looking for debug messages in log-file of Sentry. Keep in mind that debug logging should be enabled in Sentry.
   Look for strings:
   Received notification for event: ... - when new issue received in plugin from Sentry-core;
   Response code: ..., content: ... - when message sent to each Telegram's contact.
2. Be sure that you raise new issue to Sentry. Sentry-core not send repeated issues to plugins.
   For example, if you catch ZeroDivisionError two times on same place of code - Sentry will send only first notification via plugins.
3. Check your Rules in Sentry settings (see documentation). Be sure that it looking like:
   
   i.e. plugin will recieve event from Setry-core.
4. Also check that you use your correct Telegram ID. You can add myidbot to get ID.

I have added Telegram Notificator to two different projects with same settings. I can receive test message from one project and have silence from another (despite on 'Test Results:
"No errors returned"'). No any issues were not sent into Telegram.

I also had the same issue until now. In my case test plugin button in plugin config worked without any issue and i got the telegram notification, but when a event (issue) came from frontend notifications never came to telegram. neither do the mails. So i started to fix mailing issue instead telegram issue. I found a misconfiguration in smtp configs and crashing the scripts when event comes. After that i corrected those mail configs and when the first successful mail came to the inbox when a event happened, telegram notification also came like a dream. I didn't do nothing particular regarding telegram configs. My guess is those misconfiguration in mail settings result in crashing python scripts and eventually telegram plugin not get the event because of that.

I've got the same issue, I tried to check email configuration but without success. I also tried to turn off email notification service but the same problem.
